Dubai Creek Harbor, Dubai Areas
About Dubai Creek Harbor
On the bank of Dubai Creek sits the waterfront development known as Dubai Creek Harbour created by Emaar Properties. The neighborhood features a marina, retail establishments, resorts, entertainment venues, and a variety of mixed-use developments with a view of the ocean.
Lagoons originally cost USD 18 billion and covered an area of 70 million square feet. The Dubai Twin Towers were two high-rise structures that Emaar unveiled in 2013 along with six residential towers known as Dubai Creek Residences. However, in 2016, the twin towers were replaced by a single tower.
The Dubai Creek Tower, which is taller than the Burj Khalifa, is the creation of neo-futuristic architect Santiago Calatrava and will stand in the heart of Dubai Creek Harbour.
Creek Beach, Dubai Square, and The Island District are just a few of the self-contained but connected sub-communities that make up Dubai Creek Harbour, a very accessible and sustainable urbanization. Apartment complexes like Creek Palace, VIDA Residence Creek Beach, The Grand, and The Cove may be found in each sub-community.
